I joined Tekton as their first sewing specialist and later took a role in management as a team lead. I trained a team of four sewers, directed work flow and developed tools and processes for manufacturing.

When the sewing department’s capabilities expanded, I worked closely with the product design team to develop this line of portable tool storage organizers.

My role on this project was drafting prototypes for testing, making pattern corrections and creating detailed technical drawings. I returned to leading the sewing team during production and we executed a product launch that sold out in two hours.
